研究领域:

骨髓间充质干细胞(BM-MSC)具有自我复制的能力,也可以长久性形成成骨细胞。之前,东京齿科大学沟口教授的论文中明确表示Leptin受体(LepR)是BM-MSC的标志物(Dev Cell 29:340, 2014)。本人在2017Scientific Reports的论文中描述到,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)(1-34)提升LepR阳性细胞中Runx2的表达,并且PTH可以促进成骨细胞的分化(Sci Rep 7:4928, 2017)。PTH1-34)可以通过将LepR阳性细胞向脂肪细胞的分化的方向,切换到向成骨细胞的分化方向,从而来改善骨质疏松症(J Bone Miner Res. 34(10):1952, 2019)。
