研究领域

  多发性骨髓瘤是源于血液系统浆细胞的恶性肿瘤,目前仍然无法治愈。溶骨性骨损伤是多发性骨髓瘤的主要特征之一,并伴随骨痛或骨折,但是目前仍然没有治疗骨损伤的靶向药物ysb体育平台致力于分析多发性骨髓瘤溶骨性骨损伤产生和维持的分子机制和靶向治疗。此外,ysb体育平台关注骨髓微环境与骨髓瘤细胞的相互作用,包括:骨髓瘤细胞对骨髓微环境的重编程以及骨髓微环境对骨髓瘤细胞的反馈重塑。目前Science Translational Medicine(2)、Cell MetabolismNature CommunicationsScience Signaling2)、HypertensionJournal of Translational MedicineJ. Exp. Clin. Cancer Res.Haematologica等发表论文39篇。
